Our Services Include Transportation from the Place of Death, Filing Required Documentation, Unlimited Number of Proof of Death Certificates (same day issued), Basic Mortuary Cremation Container (casket alternative), Transportation to the Crematorium, Service Vehicle, Coroner’s Fee and City Hall Registration Fee, Completion and Filing of the Canada Pension Death Benefits for Lump Sum (if eligible $2500.00) as well as filing for the Spousal Benefit.
The Cremation Fee is determined by the crematorium selected.
Financial Assistance is available to those that are eligible. We are in full cooperation with both Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and the Discretionary Benefits Program through local municipality.
