It is with absolute pride in our mother, Nadia Diana Jarvis, nee Boshuck, we, her children announce her passing on Feb 14, in Cambridge, Ont.
She was born Oct 16, 1930 in Saskatoon, Sask., eventually moving to Ontario. She was married to Robert AE Jarvis, who predeceased her in 2010.
She is survived by her children, Keri, Peter, Diana, Ted, Anastasia and Tony, 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and counting.
Our mother was a strong, independent, intelligent woman. She lived her life and took great care of her family. Being a true matriarch, she was in control of everything, right to the end. We celebrate her life.
We would like to thank our local LHIN and as well MAID program for their support and guidance, especially our angel - Cindy.
There will be no funeral, only burial in the spring, so she can re-united with her brother Vic and her parents Peter and Anastasia. If you wish, a donation can be made to your local food bank, a charity she supported.
