Basic Package (Online)
Consultation and coordinating activities – ONLINE ARRANGEMENTS
Professional consultation with a licensed director, and coordination of all activities throughout the cremation process, including services and supplies provided by us, as well as those provided by third-party suppliers.

Completion and filing of all documents necessary to carry out the services and supplies requested, including Municipal Death Registration Fee, Burial Permit, Coroner's Cremation Certificate and Bereavement Authority of Ontario – Consumer Protection Fee. Provision of 10 Proof of Death Certificates - issued by Cremation Alternatives.
DOES NOT INCLUDE AFTERCARE PACKAGE - Cancellation of CPP / OAS, Processing CPP Death Benefit / Survivors Benefit and Aftercare Checklist. (Add $200.00)
